The community is mainly homeowners with homes dating back to the 1920s through the 1950s, but the neighborhood has seen an influx of newer builds. 

Poinciana Park is home to residents with a diverse background and offers access to top schools in the area, making this a great neighborhood for a growing family. Though this is a quiet haven, all the eclectic shopping and restaurants of West Palm Beach are just moments away.
